Rules and conditions

  1. When renting the car, the lessee must present the identity document or passport and the driver’s license.
  2. Free car delivery service at the airport. Apart from indicating the pick-up time, it is recommended to indicate the flight number. If the wait exceeds an hour, the client is obliged to pay for the parking. If the collection occurs between 00:00 and 7:00 a surcharge of 20 euros is applied.
  3. Free car delivery service if the location is no more than 15 km from one of our offices.
  4. Cars are not rented to people with less than 3 years of driving license experience and also to people under 25 years of age.
  5. Our company offers unlimited km.
  6. All fees paid are VAT included and according to the contract signed before delivering the car.
  7. At the time of making the reservation, a cash deposit of a maximum of 400 euros is left, depending on the car. We try to be flexible both with the fuel tank and with small scratches and always return the reservation to our client, with the aim of earning their loyalty.
  8. The car deposit must be returned with the same amount of gasoline that was delivered. (Normally it is half a deposit).
  9. The cars are fully insured with a franchise, the franchise being 600 euros. This surcharge would be paid in case of accidents with damages greater than the indicated amount.
  10. To request an extension, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  11. Baby seats (18-36 kg) must be requested when sending the reservation request.
  12. For a better service, when making the reservation request you must indicate your specific needs. Automatic transmission, diesel or gasoline, car category, special insurance…
  13. The client is responsible for incorrect parking and traffic fines. Being forced to pay them.
  14. Our company is not responsible if valuable personal items are left in the vehicle in case of theft.
  15. The lessee is responsible for supplying the correct fuel to the vehicle.
  16. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, you must contact us to notify us of the problem. A replacement vehicle will be delivered to you within 24 hours at no additional cost.
